'Nutcracker at Zeum' zips by with charm

The Nutcracker got a very positive review in the SF Chronicle!  Reviewer Allan Ulrich writes that one of the "principal pleasures" of the show is the music of the "outstanding Magik*Magik Orchestra".

Recital at the Kennedy Center - May 24, 2009

I had the wonderful opportunity to perform at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts today! I was asked to represent San Francisco Conservatory in The Conservatory Project, a concert series featuring students from major conservatories and music schools across the country. I played a half recital with English horn player Robyn Smith and pianist Teresa Yu. The program was the Honegger Concerto da Camera and the Vine Sonata. Guitarist Thomas Viloteau played the second half of the recital. Check out the video at http://www.kennedy-center.org/programs/millennium/artist_detail.cfm?artist_id=SANFRANCON.

Graduation - May 22, 2009

I graduated today with a Master's in Music from San Francisco Conservatory! Peter Oundjian, music director of the Toronto Symphony and former violinist with the Tokyo Quartet, gave an amazing commencement speech. If definitely feels good to be done.
